Computer Point, a leader in the Indian information technology (IT) education field, has launched a computer education project for colleges in Orissa. The company has already introduced computer education in more than ten different colleges as a start, in a joint venture with the government of Orissa. These programs may be deployed as eLearning, as classroom training or as a blended program.

It plans to provide increase the count by adding 10-15 colleges every month to improve the IT knowledge among college students in the state in six month’s time.

Computer Point also plans to impart computer educations in the schools of Orissa and has initiated talks with the state government in this regard.
