Pune-based Sparsh Infratech plans to foray into the hospitality industry with a 123-room health resort known as Atmantan Health Resort at Mulshi near Pune. The resort spread across 40 acres will be launched by October 2011. The company plans to invest Rs 90 crore on the project.

Furthermore, the company plans to replicate the concept internationally for which it is eyeing markets such as Dubai and Australia.

Sparsh Infratech is also in talks with five major hospitals in the US. The company will adopt a direct to client marketing approach once the property is commissioned.
